It's well known that having a doula present during labor and delivery can lead to better birth outcomes, including shorter labor times, fewer medical interventions, and a lower likelihood of needing a C-section. 

In addition, doulas can help provide emotional and physical support, advocate for your wishes and needs, and offer guidance and reassurance throughout the entire birthing process.
